Curried Yogurt Dip

I was intrigued when my friend Tracy mentioned a Curried Yogurt Dip that always gets rave reviews. I am a huge fan of easy appetizers (dips being among the easiest) and especially ones that can be thrown together with ingredients that you have in the house.

This dip has the added appeal of being served with potato chips (sweet potato, at that) or, if you choose to step it up a notch, try it with Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs (found in the freezer section of most supermarkets and just heated in the oven before serving).

In all its orange glory, this is a perfect snack to serve at your Halloween party or before heading out to trick-or-treat next Monday night. Enjoy!
