Grapefruit Margarita

So tomorrow’s Cinco de Mayo and you’re looking for a delicious margarita to mark the occasion? Look no further. The book Shake by Eric Prum & Josh Williams calls this cocktail a “Mid-Winter Marg” because it makes use of beautiful citrus from our Southern states. I call this a “perfect margarita” because well, as far as I am concerned it’s just that. More sour than sweet with a little spice from the chile rimmed glass. Oh, come on, you shouldn’t need convincing.
