Go Nuts!
I’m going out on a limb to say, “Don’t bother to make any nut recipe you come across…ever.” Bold statement, I know. And I profess because I’ve actually tried making spicy peanuts, candied cashews, sweet and sour almonds, and so on and so forth. But no more experimentation now that I have found (thanks, Louise!) and subsequently ate more than a handful of Blue Diamond Salt ‘n Vinegar Almonds. Bold. “Intense Taste,” as the package claims.
I urge you to buy a couple of containers, keep them in your pantry (what have you got to lose with an expiration date three years out?), and serve them in a pretty bowl at any opportunity. Nothing could be easier when friends stop by, wine is poured, and you want to encourage them to linger.
Sounds like just another weeknight evening in the summer? June 21st is here. Go nuts!
NOTE: Blue Diamond is not an official sponsor of Musings of s Sly Rooster, I only wish they were.

I can’t decide whether to thank you or not for this introduction to these salt n vinegar nuts – reason being – I was previously blissfully unaware they existed and now they are on my shopping list EVERY week !
