Dumplings in Spicy Chili Oil

You know that you are perfectly paired foodies when this statement, uttered by my husband, lands as a compliment rather than an insult. “I’m pretty sure that if I have the recipe for this dumpling sauce and Glory Bowl Dressing, I won’t need you anymore.”

Well if that’s not an endorsement, I don’t know what is! And even better, this recipe for Dumplings in Spicy Chili Oil revolves around any sort of frozen dumplings or wontons that are most certainly languishing in your freezer. While the dumplings are cooking by your method of choice (mine is steaming in the microwave), you are preparing this spicy chili oil that will coat each parcel in yummy goodness. It’s a no joke, dinner on the table in under 15 minutes situation. Enjoy!
