Baked Crab
This is an off-the-cuff Living with Landyn recipe I thought was worth sharing. At first glance, Baked Crab is an appetizer, and a great one at that. Perfect for the Thanksgiving pre-game. But you can also frame it as a simple, elegant, somewhat indulgent dinner for those cooking for one or two people. Perfect for a stay-at-home date night or a crisp Sunday afternoon watching football. Use a baguette, crackers, or even seaweed for dippers, and serve a nice salad on the side. Open a good bottle of wine, and you are done. Enjoy!
