Dumplings in Spicy Chili Oil

dumplings or wontons of your choice
use more or less depending on size/appetit

Korean chili flakes

scallions, sliced
white and green separated
1
clove
garlic
minced

ginger
grated

sesame seeds

neutral oil

soy sauce

rice vinegar

tsp
sesame oil

tsp
sugar

tsp
kosher salt
Instructions
Cook dumplings or wontons according to package directions. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Korean chili flakes, scallion whites, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds.
Heat oil. When smoking pour over the chili mixture.,
Add soy sauce, vinegar sesame oil and sugar. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Toss chili oil sauce with the cooked dumplings or wontons, top with the scallion greens and enjoy.
