Banana Milk Espresso
Ingredients

ripe banana

pitted dates

oat milk
or any milk that you prefer

tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
nutmeg
ice
Instructions
Make a shot of espresso in an 8 oz glass and allow to cool while you prepare the rest of the recipe.
Blend until smooth: banana, dates, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add ice to the espresso and then pour in the banana milk to fill the glass. Stir to mix and cool. Enjoy.
Notes
This recipe makes enough for two 8-oz glasses of Banana Milk Espresso. The banana milk can keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
